Talk about spin! The FBI is continuing its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of her personal email system and home server for official business. They are going to interview Clinton and members of her staff. But according to campaign spokeswoman Kristina Schake this is great news! She said it’s a “positive step.” Who knows, maybe she knows something we don’t, like no matter what the FBI investigation uncovers the Department of Justice won’t prosecute.
“No. You know, that report came out of the Department of Justice, but I have to say we consider that a very positive step. As you know, the secretary has wanted everyone to fully participate in this review. She wants everyone who worked for her to answer every question and she herself volunteered way back in August to meet with the Department of Justice and answer all of their questions at that time and is eager to do it herself. She strongly believes that once all the facts of this [indecipherable] that everyone will see that they did nothing wrong with this and she looks forward to the conclusion of that report, but she has said repeatedly through this process there should be no interference, everyone should participate including herself and she looks forward to the report coming out, because she knows that it will prove that there was nothing done that was inappropriate in this case.”
Give me a break. These people really do think we’re stupid.
Oh, and in a speech Hillary said that “respect for the rule” is what makes America great, which is rich coming from a woman who has absolutely no respect for rules.
